The work on the construction of additional two storeys of the Mayaky secondary school of I-III degrees, located in the centre of the amalgamated hromada (Bilyayivka Rayon of the Odesa Oblast), is being completed.
As reported by the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, the new building will have 15 elementary school classrooms, sports and assembly halls for 250 pupils. At present, all supply lines have been set up, energy-saving windows and doors have been installed and the school interior is being decorated. Besides, the contractors have already completed the insulation of the facade of the new building.
The Mayaky school is planned to become a hub institution in 2019.
