Residents of the Bilokurakynska AH and the Markivska hromada in the Luhansk Oblast will now be able to receive more than one hundred administrative and social services in the reconstructed ASCs.

Major repairs and equipment of the ASCs with everything necessary for the provision of high-quality services were carried out under the UNDP Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme with the EU financial support.

In total, nine ASCs have been opened in the Luhansk Oblast since June 2017, with the UNDP support.

Major repairs and equipment of the ASCs were implemented within the UNDP and UN Women Restoration of Governance and Reconciliation in Crisis-Affected Communities of Ukraine with the financial support of the European Union within the frames of the Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme.
