Personal cards with personal data will be issued for all hromada residents which are entitled to receive welfare payments. It is planned to make these cards operational starting from September this year. This was announced by the AH head Yuriy Bova.
Secretary of Trostyanets town council Natalya Kovalyova said that the local authorities are already accepting applications from the entitled AH residents and registering them.
