A two-day National Summer School “Spatial Planning as a Territory Development Tool”, organised by the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, finished in Odesa. Participants from 20 oblasts of Ukraine visited four sites: the Bilyayivska urban and the Avanhardivska settlement AHs, as well as the cities of Yuzhne and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi.

The participants also discussed the processes of hromadas’ amalgamation and the opportunities they provide, in particular in terms of attracting investments.
