ANNOUNCEMENT! On-site seminar for local self-government leaders from Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi Oblasts on “Voluntary amalgamation of hromadas: realities, problems, prospects” to be held in Vinnytsia on 22-23 June

The on-site seminar for local self-government leaders from the Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi Oblasts on “Voluntary amalgamation of hromadas: realities, problems, prospects” will be held in Vinnytsia on 22-23 June.

The programme of the event include a broad discussion and exchange of experience on decentralisation and hromadas’ amalgamation of the Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi Oblasts, as well as signing of a Memorandum of cooperation between the participants of the meeting – the Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi Oblast Councils and AHs of the oblasts. The seminar will be attended by the heads of oblast state administrations, oblast councils, associations of local self-government bodies and hromadas.

The event is held with the assistance of the Vinnytsia Oblast Council, Vinnytsia Local Government Development Centre, Vinnytsia Oblast Local Self-Government Association, with the support of the U-LEAD with Programme.

The seminar will start on 22 June at 11 am at the address: 70, Soborna street, Vinnytsia Oblast Council, 2nd floor, Vinnytsia.
