What perspectives and challenges are faced by amalgamated hromadas in the Kirovohrad Oblast?

A four-hour frank discussion of the prospects of establishment of the Adzhamska AH was held in the village of Adzhamka of the Kirovohrad Rayon of the Kirovohrad Oblast with the participation of more than 100 residents of the village and surrounding villages. The audience talked about decentralisation opportunities and challenges of the reform.

The informational meeting took place within the framework of the USAID Programme “Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE) with the support of the Adzhamka village council and its head Tetyana Zaychenko.
