ANNOUNCEMENT! USAID DOBRE Programme to launch first rural observatory in Baykovetska AH

The first rural school observatory, created in the Baykovetska rural amalgamated hromada with the support of the USAID Programme “Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency” (DOBRE), will be launched on 20 June 2018, at 14:00. The Programme assists hromadas to improve the quality of public services, revitalise local economy, fight local corruption, and improve the opportunities for people’s participation in hromada development.

The opening ceremony will take place in the premises of the Lozova hub school at the address: 61, Hrushevskyi street, Lozova village, Baykovetska AH.

The event will be attended by Marie Yovanovitch, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USA, Barry Reed, USAID DOBRE Programme Director, Anatoliy Kulyk, head of the Baykovetsk AH, Mykhailo Shemelya, teacher of physics and astronomy of the Lozova hub school.
