Life in style of project management for Chernihiv Oblast AHs
On 14-15 June, representatives of amalgamated hromadas of the Chernihiv Oblast learned to write projects for attracting investment and external sources of funding. The seminar “Creation and management of regional development and cross-border cooperation projects” took place at the Chernihiv Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion of Ukraine.
