The delegation of the Krasnopilska AH together with other 8 Ukrainian hromadas took part in the project "New amalgamated hromadas – how to successfully manage local development", implemented by the Manager Initiative Foundation (city of Lublin) and supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
The project involves acquaintance with the best management practices of the Polish gminas, visit of Polish managers and experts to Ukrainian hromadas in order to educate their management and staff, and implement joint projects with the Polish partners.
This time the delegation from the Krasnopilska AH went to Poland to get positive experience.
"During the first day we visited the gmina Konopnitsa,” said the hromada head Yuriy Yaremchuk. “Wójt Mirosław Żydek presented gmina’s projects in the fields of culture, youth leisure, fire safety, communal enterprises, participation of citizens in the territory development. By the way, Mirosław Żydek, together with Pawel Prokop, adviser of the Mayor of Lublin, plans to visit our hromada in the near future in order to conduct training sessions.”
