The reconstruction of school No 1 is going on in the centre of Pokrova town. The contractors have already warmed up the half of the building outside, the dismantling works are taking place on the ground floor. The pupils are sure that their school will become a bright feature of the town, announced Valentyn Reznichenko, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast State Administration.

“Decentralisation is one of the most successful reforms in Ukraine. In particular, it contributes to the modernisation of the educational system. Today in the region we create a network of modern schools: we reconstruct them, provide with the brand-new equipment, construct sports grounds. The pupils of the school No 1 in Pokrova will study in new conditions,” said Valentyn Reznichenko.
