The resolution of the head of oblast state administration approved the conclusion on the compliance of draft decisions on the voluntary accession of the Volodymyrivka village of the Volodymyrivka Village Council of the Pryazovske Rayon to the Pryazovska settlement amalgamated hromada of the Pryazovske Rayon of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast, with the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine

The draft decisions of the Pryazovske Settlement Council and the Volodymyrivka Village Council of the Pryazovske Rayon of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast "On Voluntary Accession to Amalgamated Hromada" have been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Voluntary Amalgamation of Hromadas" and comply with the Constitution of Ukraine.

The Volodymyrivka rural hromada of the Pryazovske Rayon of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast (Volodymyrivka village) voluntarily joins the Pryazovska settlement hromada of Pryazovske Rayon of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast, with its centre in the town of Pryazovske, formed as a result of a voluntary amalgamation and recognised as capable by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No 159-r dated 14 March 2018. In accordance with the perspective plan for the formation of hromadas of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution No 938-r as of 16.09.2015 (with amendments), it belongs to this amalgamated hromada.
