The EU considers decentralisation reform in Ukraine to be one of the most successful ones

Hugues Mingarelli, Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, also informed about a large number of educational programmes between the EU and Ukraine.

The decentralisation reform in Ukraine is one of the most successful ones, announced Hugues Mingarelli, Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, on Tuesday, 8 May, during the lecture for students of the Kyiv Institute of Business and Law.

"We, in particular, are involved in the decentralisation process, which is one of the most important and most successful processes in Ukraine," he said, adding that the European Union has already succeeded in implementing many programmes in various domains.

In addition, according to Hugues Mingarelli, a large number of exchange programmes for Ukrainian students will be presented in Ukraine in the nearest future.
