Registration for the All-Ukrainian Congress of AH Starostas, that will take place in Dnipro on 24-25 May, is open.

The event agenda envisages 2 workdays.

Day 1 – discussions, dialogues and debates, dedicated to starosta institution development.

Day 2 – visits to starosta districts of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast for practical experience exchange.

Starostas of amalgamated hromadas (5 representatives from each oblast of Ukraine), heads of hromadas, heads of regional offices of local government development centres, representatives of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government, central executive authorities, All-Ukrainian Association of Village and Settlement Councils, Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils, Association of Ukrainian Cities, the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and DESPRO project are invited to participate in the Congress.

Applications for participation are accepted by 5 May inclusive.
