The implementation of the decentralisation reform began four years ago. This gave an impetus to the development of small settlements, as hromadas received financial resources and authority and became the initiators of changes in their territories. If previously you had to ask someone "from above" to allocate the funds, then in recent years the infrastructure changes in settlements, where managers are not indifferent to their people. The village of Trostianets is 130 kilometres away from the regional centre. Here, in the course of three years, two squares were reconstructed, the park and sports complex were renovated, the Administrative Service Centre was modernised and the list of services was expanded.
