Liliya Popova: Amalgamated hromadas of Prybuzhzhya are among Ukraine’s most successful ones

The Zymnivska, Ustyluzka, Holobska, Velytska, Shatska, Lyublynetska and Smolyhivska amalgamated hromadas were the first in the Volyn Oblast to join decentralisation process in the oblast. The representatives of these AHs, as well as representatives of the most successful hromadas of the Zaporizhzhya, Vinnytsia and Ternopil Oblasts, presented the best practices of local self-government during the third Hromada Development Forum of Prybuzhzhya.

By the way, the event took place in the Volyn Oblast, in the centre of the Lytovezka AH – the village of Lytovezh in the framework of the "Model District" of the USAID Rada Programme "Parliamentary and Municipal Dialogue for the Development of Hromadas" at the initiative of the MP Ihor Huz.
