On 20 March, Chernihiv hosted the first "Vacancies Fair of the AHs of the Chernihiv Oblast". The Chernihiv Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, initiated the gathering those in need of personnel and those looking for a job at the same site.

Participants of the fair included the representatives of the Chernihiv hromadas and students of higher educational institutions of the oblast.
