According to the decision of the local authorities, since March, pupils of the 1^st-11^th grades of all educational institutions of the Konoplyanska AH of the Ivanivka Rayon have been receiving free hot meals at the expense of the budget of the Konoplyane village council. According to the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion of Ukraine, 703 pupils are provided with nutritious lunch.

The cost of a hot lunch per pupil per day makes up UAH 11.
