Details of financial capacity of AHs in Odesa Oblast

Last year, 11 amalgamated hromadas in the Odesa Oblast worked on direct interbudgetary relations with the state budget. The experts of the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International project) prepared an assessment of financial capacity for the hromadas of the region.

The experts noted the growth of own revenues per capita of AHs of this region. This indicator increased by UAH 1022.0 and amounted to UAH 3274.5 in 11 AHs of the oblast (including: in 3 AHs, formed in 2016, this indicator increased by 2.2 times and amounts to UAH 3067.0, and in 8 AHs, formed in 2015 – it increased by 34.7% and makes up UAH 3327.2).
