Financial capacity of AHs in Mykolayiv Oblast, - expert analysis

UAH 9.700 is the indicator of own revenue per capita of the Halytsynivska AH in the Mykolayiv Oblast in 2017. This hromada ranked 9th in the overall financial capacity ranking of 366 AHs. In total, last year, 19 amalgamated hromadas of this region worked on direct intergbudgetary relations with the state budget.

A respective analysis conducted by the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International project) shows their financial capacity of the previous year.

The experts noted the growth of own revenues per capita of AHs in this region. This indicator over 19 AHs of the oblast increased by UAH 2201.5 and amounted to UAH 3454.6 (including: over 18 AHs, established in 2016, this indicator increased by 2.9 times and amounted to UAH 3509.3, and over 1 AH, formed in 2015 – it increased by 10.3% and is UAH 2540.0).

Last week decentralisation.gov.ua shared the Assessment of the financial capacity of 366 AHs in 2017.

Materials are elaborated and prepared on the basis of the data of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, State Treasury Service of Ukraine, State Statistical Service of Ukraine, and oblast state administrations, by the Financial Monitoring Group experts of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International project):
