A unique educational programme in Ukraine “Public Administration in the Field of Youth Policy” will be presented on 5 March at 11:30 in the premises of the Ukrainian National News Agency “Ukrinform”.
Speakers:
The project “Public Administration in the Field of Youth Policy” will be discussed. The educational programme of the project consists of three sessions – a total of 100 academic hours and 100 distant hours. The participants will fulfill practical tasks between sessions and prepare a final work on the topic “Strategy of youth development in my hromada”.
The participants of the project will include 20 representatives of eight AHs of Ukraine. 50% of project participants will represent local self-government bodies, and 50% will be leaders of NGOs.
Amalgamated hromadas establish departments and directorates responsible for the implementation of youth policy. The quality of their work defines whether the youth will remain in the hromadas, and whether appropriate conditions for harmonious development and self-realisation of young people will be created. The programme “Public Administration in the Field of Youth Policy” is intended to train youth leaders and local self-government employees to become experts able to work effectively with the youth in their hromadas.
