The participants will fulfill practical tasks between sessions and prepare a final work on the topic “Strategy of youth development in my hromada”.

The participants of the project will include 20 representatives of eight AHs of Ukraine. 50% of project participants will represent local self-government bodies, and 50% will be leaders of NGOs.

Amalgamated hromadas establish departments and directorates responsible for the implementation of youth policy. The quality of their work defines whether the youth will remain in the hromadas, and whether appropriate conditions for harmonious development and self-realisation of young people will be created.
