The Stepankivska and Palanska AHs received the relevant conclusions of the Cherkasy Oblast State Administration on the possibility of accession of villages that have expressed a desire to become part of these hromadas.
“This is not the first accession to AHs of the region, as last year residents of Skotareve village decided to join the Shpolyanska hromada, though this is the first accession of the villages from other rayons,” explains Serhiy Honchar, decentralisation adviser of the Cherkasy Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
