Maksym Stepanov, head of the Odesa Oblast State Administration, approved the conclusions on the compliance of draft decisions of local councils on the voluntary amalgamation of three amalgamated hromadas with the Constitution and laws of Ukraine.

According to the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, formation of the Lyubashivska rural settlement AH, Oknyanska rural settlement AH and Kiliyska urban AH was agreed upon.
