Yulia Svitlychna, head of the Kharkiv Oblast State Administration, got acquainted with the work of the administrative service centre, working in the AH, during her working trip to the rayon.
Special equipment to produce foreign biometric passports and ID-cards for the citizens of Ukraine has already been installed in the ASC of Nova Vodolaha rural settlement council. In the near future the equipment will be connected to a specialised communication line, and then the service will be available.
“It is really convenient for the rayon residents – maximum number of services will be provided in one place,” said Yulia Svitlychna. “It is important for people to see that Soviet times have passed a long time ago, there is no need to stand in queues and wait until the break is over. It is extremely important when the authorities transfer these services to the ground and people can benefit from them.”
Now the ASC in Nova Vodolaha provides 62 types of services, including registration of entrepreneurs, ownership rights, place of residence and acts of civil status, as well as provides information from the State Land Cadastre Centre and issues passports to Ukrainian citizens.
“Last year we provided about 4000 services and directed almost UAH 1 million to the budget of the AH," said Viktoriya Hladkoskok, head of the ASC department of the Nova Vodolaha village council.
