The Svyatovasylivska rural hromada of the Solone Rayon in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast was established in 2015. Its success has already urged the initiative of the neighbouring councils to join this hromada. In fact, there is much to be proud of! The first energy efficiency projects, developed by the executive committee experts after trainings at the Dnipropetrovsk Local Government Development Centre, were implemented here. This hromada built a Safety Centre from scratch due to implementation of the Decentralisation Strategy of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast in the civil defense domain.
