The concluding press conference of Hennadii Zubko, Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, on “NON-STOP Reforms: Decentralisation, Energy Efficiency, Deregulation in Construction” will take place on 23 January 2018.
