The main thing is to work out the correct algorithm of steps that will enhance the quality of healthcare services in the hromadas,” emphasised Olena Tertyshna. “Moreover, the sector has developed a sectoral strategy for healthcare reform, offering several options. The hromadas predominantly supported the concept of preserving the integral property complexes of the Primary Healthcare Centres by transferring them to the balance of those hromadas formed around rayon centres and concluding agreements on intermunicipal cooperation in the field of provision of healthcare services on their behalf.”
