Experts of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion prepared methodical recommendations “Answers to topical questions on application of the Law of Ukraine “On Cooperation of Hromadas” (DOWNLOAD).

A set of recommendations provides experts’ answers to pressing questions of local self-government bodies regarding the application of the Law of Ukraine “On Cooperation of Hromadas”. The manual also contains decision samples of local self-governments that are necessary at all stages of concluding an agreement on cooperation between hromadas.
