Odesa Oblast Council included two AHs into its perspective plan

At the session of the Odesa Oblast Council held on 21 December the deputies voted to amend the decision of 24 June 2015, No 1392-VI “On Approval of the Perspective Plan for the Formation of the the Territories of Hromadas of the Odesa Oblast”. According to the changes, two more hromadas have been included into the perspective plan: the Molohivska village AH (comprising the Moloha, Andriyivka and Vypasne village councils of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Rayon) and the Tayirovska settlement AH (comprising the Tayirove and Sukhyi Lyman rural settlement councils of the Ovidiopol Rayon). In addition, the deputies voted for the amendment of their colleague Mykyta Kuzkevych on inclusion of the Pavlynka village council of the Ivanivka Rayon into the list of hromadas belonging to the Krasnosilska AH of the Lyman Rayon (established in 2015). Previously, the local deputies and residents decided on the accession of the village council to the functioning amalgamated hromada.

It should be noted that the deputy corps of the Odesa Oblast Council traditionally includes into the perspective plan only the hromadas tapping into their first elections. Thus, the number of current AHs and the number of AHs in the perspective plan correspond.

It is also worth mentioning that two AHs, included by the deputies into the perspective plan, held their first elections on 24 December. Their results are still being determined by the territorial electoral commissions. In total 25 amalgamated hromadas have been established in the Odesa Oblast.
