Yuriy Yuryk, deputy head of the Ternopil Oblast State Administration, noted at the conference “Efficient hromada library: search for the future” that in 2017 a thorough work has been done on studying the situation in each rayon regarding the status of library networks in the conditions of AH establishment. A working group formed with the representatives of oblast libraries and the Department of Culture of the Oblast State Administration visited each library system and provided its recommendations on the basis of which hromadas and rayons developed their library development strategy for 2018.
