On 6 December 2017, the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, State Agency for E-Government and the Eastern Europe Foundation presented a new electronic service for online registration of agricultural land lease agreements.
Nataliya Bernatska, First Deputy Minister of Justice, noted that this service will give the opportunity to apply for lease agreement registration during just a few minutes without staying in queues, contacting officials and wasting time. This is a truly European quality of service.
“In order to register a signed contract, it is sufficient to download a scan of agricultural land lease agreement and sign this data with a personal electronic digital signature,” added the Deputy Minister.
