One more amalgamated hromada established in Pryazovske Rayon

The decree of the head of the Oblast State Administration approved the conclusion on the conformity of draft decisions regarding voluntary amalgamation of hromadas of the Oleksandrivka and Divnynske village councils of the Pryazovske Rayon into the Oleksandrivska rural amalgamated hromada to the Constitution and laws of Ukraine.

The draft decisions of the Oleksandrivka and Divnynske village councils of the Pryazovske Rayon “On Voluntary Amalgamation of Hromadas” were developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Voluntary Amalgamation of Hromadas” and correspond to the Constitution of Ukraine.

These draft decisions have preliminarily passed a mandatory public discussion.

The Oleksandrivska rural amalgamated hromada with Oleksandrivka village as its centre will be located within the Pryazovske Rayon of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast, and will include the hromadas of Oleksandrivka village, Nechkyne village of the Oleksandrivka village council, and the village of Divnynske of the Divnynske village council of the Pryazovske Rayon of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast.

Amalgamation into the Oleksandrivska rural hromada is carried out not according to the projected plan of the formation of hromadas’ territories in the Zaporizhzhya Oblast.
