The first regional development forum “Amalgamated hromadas of the Kirovohrad Oblast: challenges, successes and prospects” will be held on 29 November in the Kirovohrad Oblast!

The event is organised by the Kirovohrad Local Government Development Centre with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe programme.

Local amalgamation practices, social and financial development issues are to be discussed within the framework of the forum.  

Representatives of the projected hromadas are invited to take part in the forum.
