How is the decentralisation reform implemented in the Odesa Oblast, in what way does it change the lives of village and city residents, why should hromadas amalgamate and what will the residents face in amalgamated hromadas where the first elections have been held recently? The answers to these and other questions were given to the "7th Channel" by Oksana Hunenkova, an expert on the decentralisation of the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the "U-LEAD with Europe" Programme and MinRegion.
