Coordination Headquarters meeting on the organisation of Invincibility Points held

A meeting of the Coordination Headquarters on the organisation of Invincibility Points, response to the aftermath of shelling and restoration of critical services in communities was held under the chairmanship of Oleksii Riabykin, Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.

As of today, a total of 13,464 Invincibility Points have been set up throughout Ukraine, of which: 9,235 are operating permanently; 4,229 are on standby for emergencies.

Over the past month, an average of more than 6,000 people have visited Invincibility Points per day, confirming the importance of their work in the context of daily russian attacks on critical infrastructure. People can come here to warm up, drink hot tea, charge their phones or other gadgets, use the internet and get help while energy, utility and rescue workers deal with the aftermath of russian shelling.

‘We are in constant coordination with the regional military administrations. Our shared objective is to ensure the Invincibility Points network receives ongoing support, enabling them to operate efficiently, deploy swiftly, and remain close to the local population. Every Invincibility Point must be prepared to operate in all conditions because the enemy is deliberately targeting critical infrastructure,’ said Oleksii Riabykin.

The top priorities are to keep the Invincibility Points running smoothly in frontline communities and to be ready to set them up quickly if the power supply situation worsens due to shelling. Standby Points should be ready to open and start working within two hours if needed.

Participants at the meeting also emphasised the importance of ensuring sufficient fuel and lubricant stocks so that the Invincibility Points can operate without interruption, even during prolonged power outages.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is constantly monitoring the issue of connecting the Points to the internet. Work is ongoing to update the data displayed on the Diya app to show current information about their operation.
