The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution dated 3 September 2025 ‘On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 627 dated 16 June 2021.’ The document will come into force on the day of its publication.

The provisions of the Resolution increase the opportunities for information exchange between tax authorities and local governments via the LOGICA system.

What does this imply for communities?

• local governments will have access not only to data on legal entities, but also to information on the payments of individual taxpayers;

This is an important step for local self-government: the Government’s Resolution provides communities with more tools for forecasting revenues, planning local budgets, and monitoring their implementation. This will increase transparency in relations with taxpayers and help local authorities work with real data.
