The municipality voice of the democratic Europe, accompanied by assessment of the russian aggression, can enhance the stance of the anti-putin coalition, being gradually formed all over the world. It was claimed by Minister of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov during the meeting of the 42-nd session of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, currently being held in Strasburg.

Oleksiy Chernyshov stated that the war is not as far as it seems to be.

«Unfortunately, it is knocking at everyone’s door. Putin threatens the whole world with the world war, blackmails with nuclear weapons, his demand being – do not prevent me from killing the Ukrainian people. Recall Chornobyl. This and another Ukrainian nuclear power plant, being six times larger than Chornobyl, have been captured by rushists. Can we be sure that they will not blackmail us with blowing up one of them? Can we be certain that another missile will not target another Ukrainian nuclear power plant? Can we be sure of the terrorist not making up other blackmail types?», - asked the Minister rhetorically.

Oleksiy Chernyshov emphasized that there is the only way out: «The war must be stopped and we will be able to do it if we are not indifferent but will be united and determined».
