Tax returns, property status amendments, inspections – clarifications about financial control measures under the martial law
The National Anti-Corruption Agency has clarified certain provisions of Law of Ukraine On Fighting Corruption in terms of financial control measures under the martial law (submitting a tax return, declaring property status radical changes, setting up a currency non-resident bank account, inspections).
