The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has entitled the heads of local self-government bodies, enterprises, establishments and organisations, funded or subsided from the budget, to independently define the payment rate of the employees’ standstill within the salary fund but not less than two thirds of the tariff rate by the martial law termination or cancellation.

The Ministry of Finances of Ukraine has minimized all salary payments in central government agencies and recommends local self-government bodies to follow the same principles.
