It is prohibited to overcharge and levy fines or delay penalties, extra fees, annual rates in case of delayed or underpayment for housing and utility services. At the same time housing and utility services delivery will not be terminated. The decision was made at the Government meeting. It was reported by Minister of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov during the briefing.

At the same time the Minister mentioned that under the current circumstances, payment for housing and utility services is a great help and support for the communal services, functioning under severe conditions and being in need of resources.
