One can call 1545 «helpline» telephone number on such issues:

• Water supply and discharge, heating problems,
• Infrastructure damage,
• Evacuation and return of citizens, having had to flee abroad due to Russian invasion to Ukraine,
• Food demand, predatory prices of goods,
• Need for medicines,
• Need for fuel,
• Welfare payments, pensions,
• Problems with municipality heads and other local self-government representatives.

The government «helpline» functions round the clock.
