Planning digital transformations in a municipality. February, 24: discussion by U-LEAD and the Ministry for Digital Transformation

How to plan digital transformations in a municipality? This is a topic of the second event of the set «Conversations about digital transformation in municipalities», organized jointly with the Ministry for Digital Transformation of Ukraine within the Smart Regions Community.

This Thursday, February, 24 the following issues will be discussed from 11:30 A.M. till 12:40 A.M.:

  • Which documents are the basis of the municipality digital transformation?
  • What are the advantages of a strategic approach to the digital transformation?
  • How has a municipality to organize the process?
  • What are the challenges faced by municipalities while planning digital transformation?
