The issue of establishing an SSC and its functioning is clearly regulated by the incumbent legislation. Social Service Centres establishment and functioning depend on the municipality financial capability and needs. Nowadays there are also a lot of examples of such Centres being established and jointly maintained by municipalities according to cooperation agreements within Law of Ukraine№ 1508-VII On Cooperation of Municipalities as of 17.06.2014. The most important thing is the right approach by the municipality authorities and deputies to the organization of social services delivery on the municipality territory.
