On December, 17, 2021, the DECIDE Swiss-Ukrainian project is holding the webinar, entitled “The issue of using educational establishment premises, having stopped functioning”at 2 P.M.

During the webinar lawyers, DECIDE project experts,Yana Brusentsova and Andriy Matsokin will inform on Law of Ukraine of 02.11.2021 № 1839-IX On Amending some Laws of Ukraine on Using the Property of Liquidated Communal Secondary Education Establishments in Rural Areas.

Besides, the experts will clarify the difference between liquidated educational establishments and those, having stopped functioning.
