At 11 A.M. on November, 25, 2021, the all-Ukrainian Association of Municipalities is holding the Forum «5 years of defending municipalities».

The event is aimed at presenting the outcomes of the 5 year activity of the all-Ukrainian Association of Municipalities, showing its role in reforming the local self-government and authorities territorial arrangement, as well as decentralization.

The main topics to be discussed are as follows:

1. Local self-government associations as a tool of defending interests of local self-government and presenting their interests in central authorities.
2. Constitutional codification of decentralization results, approaches to power division between local self-government levels and government agencies, resource provision of powers.
