The StateGeoCadastre emphasizes the fact that the national ground mapping is done on the scales of 1:10000, 1:25000, 1:50000, 1:100000, 1:250000, 1:500000 і 1:1000000.
According to the Law of Ukraine On the Topographic-Geodesic and Mapping Activity, creating and upgrading the national ground maps and plans belongs to the national topographic- geodesic and mapping works, funded by the State Budget of Ukraine.
