The first conversation participant is Serhiy Koleboshyn, a people’s deputy, deputy head of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Science, Education and Innovation and the head of the Consultative Council under the President of Ukraine on Facilitating the Secondary Education Development.
