The Government has supported the bill to differentiate population social protection and children rights protection powers
On August, 11 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported the bill to amend 40 regulations of Ukraine, related to differentiating functions of the executive power bodies and local self-government bodies in terms of population social protection and children rights protection.
The bill also suggests identifying acceptance of application requests for different kinds of social assistance as a local self-government function.
