On July, 27-29 Odesa is hosting the XVІ-th Ukrainian municipal forum, continuing a years-long tradition by the Association of Ukrainian Cities of gathering supporters of the municipal movement to discuss local self-government topical issues. The Forum programme envisages three thematic days.
