The law on ASC network enhancement having been passed, their number at the local self-government bodies has increased from 486 up to 868. In 19 oblasts the process of transforming ASCs of the «former» rayon state administrations to local self-government ASCs. According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, this makes it possible to bring administrative services closer and to make the process of obtaining them fast and efficient.

5 oblasts (the Vinnytsya, Zaporizhia, Poltava, Odesa and Kharkiv ones) still have to establish an ASC of local self-government bodies by the end of the year.

It was claimed by the Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Oleksandr Shelest during a round table, entitled: «Available administrative services as a decentralization indicator».
