The financial aspect of administrative social services delivery in municipalities
Decentralisation implementation in Ukraine has made it possible to extend the authorities of the local self-government and deliver quality public services, including the administrative ones. An important group of administrative services, delivered by local self-government bodies via ASCs and authorized officials, covers administrative social services.
